Graphics One, the North American distributor for Mogk Heat Presses and Calendars of Blumenau, Brazil is pleased to announce the release of two new large format semi-automatic heat presses. Located in the midst of Brazil’s textile region, Mogk (pronounced Mok, with the g silent), is the oldest calendar and heat press manufacturer in the Americas. Mogk has announced the release of two new single shuttle semiautomatic heat presses. Both units are based upon a heat press platform which Mogk launched over 20 years ago. The new PTP-900 Single Shuttle and new PTP-1450 are both semi-automatic, industrial heat presses meant for professional year after year production. The PTP-900 platen size is 33” x 43” and the PTP-1450 is 39” x 57”. Both units feature easy-glide drawers and semi-automatic pressing for consistent pressure and heat across the entire platen. The PTP-900 Single has a list price of $10,995 and the PTP-1450 Single has a list price of $13,995. Both units come with a two year warranty. According to Christian Sam, Graphics One Marketing, “With many customers now imaging all-over t-shirts, both units offer outstanding results for this application. What is even more interesting is the larger size is perfect for 5 XL all over transfers and the smaller unit up to 3XL sizes.” Sam added, “Many providers of EPSON and Mutoh 44-inch printers have bundled the dual PTP-900 with their printers for a great entry level combo. The larger dual PTP-1450 has been bundled with 64-inch dye sub printers from EPSON, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland for full-on industrial dye sub systems. We expect these bundles will continue with the single shuttle units.” Both units are available immediately through Graphics One and its distribution partners.
