Visit SGIA's 2011 Expo

Last issue, we provided a preview on many of the companies exhibiting at the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association’s (SGIA’s) annual expo in New Orleans, LA October 19 to 21, 2011. We follow up with information on additional companies showcasing new products, demonstrating upgrades to tried-and-true favorites, and hosting informational sessions to aid in the advancement of the graphic arts.


3M Commercial Graphics, booth 1437, features Scotchprint brand Wrap Film Series 1080. Series 1080 comes in a range of finishes, textures, and gloss colors. The product’s pressure-activated adhesive allows it to slide and be repositioned until firm pressure is applied and the non-visible air release channels assure virtually bubble-free installation. Entire sections are covered with these removable, 60-inch wide, dual-cast films. INFO# 176


A.T. Inks, booth 1325, exhibits its plug-and-play as well as higher color gamut eco-solvent inks for Mimaki, Mutoh, and Roland printers in cartridges as well as bulk along with Xaar- and Spectra-approved inks for multiple Xaar and Spectra printheads. Beaver Paper, booth 2645, is at the forefront of application engineered media. The company is a global industry provider of digital sublimation technology and continually demonstrates why TexPrint is at the leading edge in digital sublimation.
