Fisher Textiles Unveils Seven New Fabrics at International Sign Expo
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, is unveiling seven new coated polyester fabrics at the International Sign
Expo in Las Vegas April 4-6. These styles include: GF 5302 Versatex (FR), SI 5803 Masktex (FR), SI 5805 Nitelite (FR), SI 5806 Blazetex (FR), SI
5810 Flaretex (FR), SI 5870 Peel N Stick and DD 5910 Ignite (FR). Print demonstrations on several of these styles will be featured within Fisher’s
booth, 4844 on an HP LX850 latex printer throughout the duration of the show.
GF 5302 Versatex (FR) is 5.9 oz/yd² and 122 or 197 inches wide. Named for its versatility, it is compatible with Dye Sublimation, UV, Latex, Direct
Disperse and Solvent Printing. It is flame retardant and passes NFPA 701 and German B-1. Applications include trade show exhibits and retail
advertising.
The following five styles are compatible with UV, Latex and Solvent Printing. SI 5803 Masktex (FR) is 10.3 oz/yd² and 126 inches wide. It has a
special blue backing for a brilliant "real" white and fantastic color reproduction and is used primarily for art reproductions, frontlit and wall covering
applications. It is flame retardant and passes German B-1. SI 5805 Nitelite (FR) is 8.9 oz/yd² and 126 inches wide. It has a black back that makes a
nice finished banner stand. It can also be used for blockout. It is flame retardant and passes German B-1. SI 5806 Blazetex (FR) is 6.7 oz/yd² and
available in 126 inch or 197 inch widths. Applications include light boxes, backlit and frontlit applications. It is flame retardant and passes NFPA
701 and German B-1. SI 5810 Flaretex (FR) is 4.0 oz/yd² and available in 61 inch or 122 inch widths. Applications include light boxes and backlit
applications. It is flame retardant and passes NFPA 701, German B-1 and French M-1. SI 5870 Peel-N-Stick is 4.0 oz/yd² and 54 inches. This is
an adhesive backed fabric used for repositionable retail applications. HP Latex profiles are available for most of these styles on the Fisher Textiles

DD 5910 Ignite (FR) is compatible with Direct Disperse and Dye Sublimation printing. It is 4.6 oz/yd² and 122 inches wide. Applications include

Fisher Textiles Updates and Adds Styles to Direct Disperse Fabric Line
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, has added style DD 7866 Vistatex (FR) and updated styles DD 7817 Soft Knit
(FR) and DD 7880 Heavy Knit (FR) to its digital printable fabric line for direct dye sublimation printing. These fabrics have a special coating that allow
for direct printing onto the fabric and do not require heat transfer paper. They are compatible with printers using dispersed inks. DD 7866 Vistatex (FR) is
6.6 oz/yd2 and 122 inches wide. It is very prominent in the European market and Fisher Textiles is pleased to offer it to our customers. It passes NFPA

DD 7817 Soft Knit (FR) is 5.9 oz/yd2 and 122 inches wide. It is new and improved, now stocked Flame Retardant, it passes NFPA 701 and Title 19 and

GF 3030 Fencing is a thin, open fabric, created specifically for short-term construction barriers, eventing and sports marketing markets. It is 3.0 oz/yd2,
126 inches wide and 100% Polyester. Small holes in the fabric allow for some see through and there is adequate space for printed colors and images.
Fisher Textiles Revives ET 9499 Firesafe with New and Improved
Version for Dye Sublimation, UV and Latex Printing
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, has replaced style ET 9499 Firesafe (FR) with a brighter and whiter version in its
line of Enviro-Tex fabrics for Dye Sublimation, UV and Latex printing. Enviro-Tex fabrics are eco-friendly and made with recycled REPREVE yarn,
which meets FTC guidelines for recycled products.
ET 9499 Firesafe is a woven texturized yarn fabric that is 6.1 oz. and 125 inches wide. It is made with 55% REPREVE Recycled Polyester and 45%
Polyester. It has excellent print quality and has been certified by Unifi, Inc. under the U Trust Verification program, REPREVE Certification number:
RPV-1035. Applications include banners, roll up bannerstands, table covers and trade show exhibits. The fabric is flame retardant and passes NFPA

Fisher Textiles Expands Sublimation and UV Fabric Lines with Two
New Fabrics

GF 2201 Voile (FR) is a soft, thin, sheer fabric with a high sheen that is excellent for transparent flag and banner applications for retail, sports
marketing and eventing markets. It is 1.8 oz/yd2, 122 inches wide and 100% Polyester. It is also flame retardant and passes NFPA 701.
ET 600 Poly Duck (FR) is a 7.4 oz. woven fabric that is 68% Repreve recycled Polyester, 32% Polyester and 126 inches wide. Repreve® meets FTC
guidelines for recycled products. ET 600 Poly Duck has been certified by Unifi, Inc. under the U Trust Verification program, Repreve Certification
number: RPV-2368. Applications include trade show exhibits and roll up banner stands. The fabric is FR and passes NFPA 701.
Fisher Textiles Now Offering 7110 X-Out in 54 Inch Width
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabricsfor digital printing, now stocks its popular style 7110 X-Out in 54 inches, previously only available in
110 inches. It is compatible with Dye Sublimation, UV and Latex printing.
7110 X-Out is 6.7 oz/yd2 and is comparable to our style 1800 Blocker although unlike Blocker, X-Out can be sublimated. The base fabric is Polyester
with Viscose/Rayon Flocking. It is flame retardant, passes NFPA 701, Title 19 and is registered in the State of California (CSFM Registration Number:
F-93901) and meets Section 13115 of the California Health and Safety Code. Applications include block out liner and opaque single sided banners.

DD 7849 EZ Stretch is an 8.2 oz. knit that is 100% polyester and totally wrinkle free. It does not contain spandex so it is easier to match the whiteness
of our other popular knit styles. The fabric is 120 inches wide and has stretch in both directions, with slightly less stretch in the length to allow more ease
in tension control and print registration. It gives a decent amount of opacity and great definition on all colors. Applications include geometric
displays, photographic back drops and trade show exhibits.
Fisher Textiles Announces Opak Poplin Back in Stock
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, is pleased to announce its popluar style, Opak Poplin for Dye Sublimation and
UV printing is back in stock and is now produced in house.
Opak Poplin is a three layer material consisting of two pieces of style 6248 Poly Poplin bonded to a 100% lamination film that is sandwiched in the middle.
The film makes the product 100% opaque, waterproof and wind resistant. It is 12.8 oz/yd2, available at 57 inches wide and can easilly have finished
edges. Opak Poplin is excellent for double sided banners, roll up bannerstands and street pole banners.
Since this product is produced in house, custom production runs are available with any Fisher fabric choice on either side, including black. This is a
great option for creating unique specialty products.

cover for gaming tables, it gives one of the highest print qualities of any product we offer. It also has superior stain resistance.

Fisher Textiles Adds New Fabrics for Dye Sublimation and UV Printing
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, has added styles 1010 Element and GF 7110 X-Out to its line of fabrics for
Dye Sublimation and UV printing.
1010 Element is Fisher's newest awning fabric, excellent at withstanding the elements of outdoors. It is 8.5 oz/yd2, 60" and 100% Polyester. In
addition to awnings, it can also be used for street pole banners and patio furniture. It is very sturdy, whiter and more cost effective than our other
awning fabrics. It has been tested in accordance with several AATCC test methods for water repellency and produced fantastic results. The first,
Impact Penetration, (AATCC 42-2007) showed 0.0 grams of weight gain. The second, Water Repellency, (AATCC 70-2010) showed 29.19% water
absorbed. The third, Water Repellency (Spray), (AATCC 22-2010) showed 100 - No sticking or wetting.
GF 7110 X-Out is 6.7 oz/yd2, 110" wide and is comparable to Fisher’s style GF 4100 Sheeting although unlike GF 4100, GF 7110 can be sublimated. The
base fabric is polyester with viscose/rayon flocking. It is FR, passes NFPA 701 and is formaldehyde free. Applications include block out liner and opaque
single sided banners.

GF 7176 Supreme Knit is 192" wide and 8.2 oz/yd2. It is a warp knit 2 bar fabric 150d, 150d and 100% Polyester. It is FR and passes NFPA 701,
has been tested for ASTM E 84 and meets Class A, Flame Spread Index 25 or less and Smoke Developed Index 450 or less. Compatible with UV
and Dye Sublimation printing, applications include photographic back drops, geometric displays and trade show exhibits.
480 Blockout is a three layer material consisting of Fisher’s 480 Poplin on the top side laminated to 195 Film in the middle with 480 Poplin laminated on
the back side. This fabric is able to be printed on both sides and is compatible with UV printing. It is 13.1 oz/yd2 and 60" wide. Excellent for POP/
banners, block out, double-sided banners and trade show exhibits. GF 8682 Twilite is Fisher’s newest backlit fabric for Dye Sublimation and UV
printing. It is 7.8 oz/yd2, 122" wide and is FR and passes NFPA 701. Other applications include banners and trade show exhibits.
Fisher Textiles is excited to launch the Colored Paper Program, offering colored transfer paper in 70" and 126" widths. Available for purchase as paper
only or as single or double-sided print on any Fisher Textiles style. Currently five colors are offered and custom colors are available for an additional
charge. There is a minimum order requirement for custom colors and lead time is five weeks.

Direct Disperse fabrics have a special coating that allow for direct printing onto the fabric and do not require heat transfer paper. They are compatible with
printers using dispersed inks including the d-Gen Teleios, DupontTM ArtistriTM, Jeti 3324 AquaJet, Roland HeatWave DFP-74, Mimaki JV5-320DS, Mimaki
DS-1600 and Mimaki DS-1800 printers.
DD 9374 Tri Poly is a 7.5 oz. three layered woven fabric that is 122” wide and 100% Polyester. It makes an excellent backlit fabric, specifically light boxes.
Other applications include: POP/Banners, Pop Up Booths, Roll Up Banner stands and Trade Show Exhibits. It is tightly woven to minimize space between
yarns thus producing exceptional print quality and opacity, to a greater extent than most fabrics. DD 9374 passes both NFPA 701 and California
Administrative Code Title 19 - Public Safety, Section 1237 flame retardant tests. It is registered in the State of California (CSFM Registration Number:
F-86101) and meets Section 13115 of the California Health and Safety Code.

include banners, signs and trade show exhibits. Certification is available on all of these products.
Fisher Textiles Expands its Grand Format Fabric Line with Three New
Fabrics
Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, has added three new fabrics to its
Grand Format fabric line for Dye Sublimation and UV printing.
GF 8725 Crepe (FR) is a 125”, 4.9 oz, 100% Polyester fabric that is wrinkle resistant with a canvas like texture.
It is excellent for back drops, POP and Tradeshow exhibits. GF 8725 is flame retardant and passes NFPA 701.
GF 8874 Tri Poplin (FR) is a 122”, 7.5 oz, three layer woven used for light boxes and block out liner. It is flame
retardant and passes NFPA 701 and California Administrative Code Title 19.
GF 9101 Equality (FR) is a 124”, 8.2 oz. stretch fabric that is 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. Special features
include near equal stretch (88% x 77%) and it is bright white. GF 9101 Equality is used for back drops, geometric
displays and trade show exhibits.

Fisher Textiles Unveils Direct Dispersed Fabric Line
Indian Trail, NC (August 22, 2007) - Fisher Textiles, one of the leading suppliers of fabrics for digital printing, is
pleased to introduce the Direct Disperse fabric line, for Direct Dye Sublimation Printing.
These fabrics have a special coating that allow for direct printing onto the fabric and does not require heat
transfer paper. The coating chemically reacts with the printer’s ink droplets to keep them in place, allowing for
better ink penetration and excellent print quality. No post treatment is necessary. These fabrics can be used
on the d-Gen Teleios, Dupont Artistri and Mimaki DS-1800.
Direct Disperse fabrics are available in both Wide-Format and Grand-Format widths and can be coated with a
Flame Retardant to pass the NFPA 701 small scale test.
