New Fome-Cor Canvas Board

Fome-Cor® Canvas Board – the newest offering in the 3A Composites USA graphic display board line – has been introduced to allow designers to create
“artistic” masterpiece looks in graphic displays.

Fome-Cor Canvas Board is comprised of white extruded polystyrene foam sandwiched between a deeply embossed “canvas-like” white clay-coated paper
facer on one side and a standard Bright White clay-coated paper facer on the other. Fome-Cor Canvas Board can be decorated with the same techniques
used with original Fome-Cor board – including digital printing, screen printing and painting – and can be knife cut, die-cut and embossed to create
three-dimensional effects.

“Fome-Cor Canvas Board allows designers to create graphic displays that resemble unique works of art painted on canvas,” said Brandon Wyatt,
marketing manager, 3A Composites USA. “We want to support graphic designers’ creativity by continually expanding our line of graphic display
boards. Fome-Cor Canvas Board gives graphic designers yet another option to create their own masterpiece designs.”

Fome-Cor Canvas Board is lightweight, rigid and warp-resistant and is an economical alternative to competitive canvas-like products. Fome-Cor Canvas
Board is perfect for creating point-of-purchase displays, signage, and exhibits and kiosks. It may also be used in mounting applications.

Fome-Cor Canvas Board is available in the 3/16-inch thickness in four standard sizes, including: 30-inch by 40-inch, 40-inch by 60-inch, 48-inch by
96-inch and 60-inch by 120-inch sheets.

Three Omni-Flute Customers Win Nintendo Wii Gaming Consoles

Not unlike Roman mythology’s Mercury – a swift messenger and god of trade, profit and commerce who represents
similar product characteristics of new Omni-Flute™ graphic display board – three Omni-Flute customers were fast to
answer a simple on-line product survey this spring. Their speedy efforts were rewarded by 3A Composites USA
in three monthly drawings for Nintendo Wii™ gaming consoles.

Customers’ completed surveys were entered in month-end drawings for the gaming consoles held in April, May
and June. Monthly winners included:
Kevin K. Satornino, Jr., owner, Empire Printing and Graphics, LLC, Winston Salem, N.C.
Ed Donaho, lead processor, Adams McClure, Denver
Chris Salem, printer, Acchroma, Cleveland.

Introduced earlier this year, Omni-Flute, a cost-effective fluted polypropylene sheet, was designed to deliver just
as Mercury is depicted in 3A Composites’ “Legends of Mythology” marketing communications campaign.
Specifically engineered for creating signage and short-term point-of-purchase displays, Omni-Flute is geometrically
square and color-consistent. It features a smooth, treated surface that accepts direct digital printing and
screen-printing applications as well as paint. Omni-Flute can be die-cut and knife-cut and accepts repositionable
vinyl graphics. And, Omni-Flute is fully recyclable.

Omni-Flute was chosen by Empire Printing and Graphics as a substrate for digitally direct-printed yard signs.
“Omni-Flute offered several benefits,” said Satornino. “The dyne level was very high and it was relatively flat and
square compared to competitive products. It was consistent in thickness and opacity with no pitting. It prints
beautifully. And, it produced a nice clean cut with no frayed edges.”

Omni-Flute is the latest addition to 3A Composites’ product lines, including: Fome-Cor®, Sintra®, Gatorfoam®
and Dibond® graphic display boards. Omni-Flute is produced with the latest technology and equipment installed
at 3A Composites’ Glasgow, Ky., manufacturing facility

“Omni-Flute offers graphic designers and fabricators a cost-effective solution for creating short-term signs and
displays,” said Joseph N. Masters, marketing manager, graphic display, 3A Composites USA. “In today’s economy,
we’re pleased to be able to offer Omni-Flute as yet another option for meeting customers’ graphic display budgets.
We appreciate hearing about customers’ experiences with this new product via our on-line survey and hope
the drawing winners enjoy their new gaming systems.”

Omni-Flute is available in the Bright White, Black and Natural (clear) colors. Flutes are designed to run in either
the vertical or the horizontal direction as listed in the sizes below.

3A Composites Summer Promotion

3A Composites USA is pleased to announce a “Legendary Summer Special” pricing promotion on select 3/16-inch
thick Gatorfoam® and Gatorplast® graphic display boards.

Now through Sept. 30, reduced pricing will be available on the following 3/16-inch thick Gator® products:
•	Gatorfoam Bright White 48-inch by 96-inch sheets in the carton or bulk
•	Gatorfoam Bright White 60-inch by 120-inch sheets in the carton or bulk
•	Gatorplast White 48-inch by 96-inch sheets in the carton.

This “Legendary Summer Special” is tied to 3A Composites’ “Legends of Mythology” marketing communications
campaign in which members of the graphic display industry are encouraged to “Design on an Epic Scale.” The
“Legends of Mythology” campaign features bold images of mythological gods, who represent the unique attributes
of each of the company’s graphic display boards.

Gatorfoam is represented in this campaign by Greek mythology’s Medusa, who possessed the power to turn into
stone anyone that she gazed upon. Similarly, that kind of rigidity is possessed by Gatorfoam, the original heavy-
duty graphic display board that consists of polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of wood-fiber veneer
laminate. This unique construction makes Gatorfoam rigid yet lightweight and warp-resistant; its surface also is
exceptionally smooth and strong.

Gatorplast, another tough member of the Gator product line, is comprised of extruded polystyrene foam bonded
between two layers of high-impact polystyrene cap sheets. These smooth, high-impact facers resist warping
and allow for vinyl graphics to be repositioned. No surface priming or pre-coating is required for screen-printing.
Additionally, lightweight Gatorplast is water-resistant.

“We’re pleased to offer graphic designers this opportunity to upgrade to the industry’s leading heavy-duty
graphic display board at special reduced pricing,” said Joseph N. Masters, marketing manager, graphic display,
3A Composites USA. “We know that many fabricators are continuing to struggle as the economy slowly recovers.
This summer pricing promotion not only allows them to stretch their material dollar but to increase the quality of
their graphic displays by incorporating heavy-duty Gator products as substrates.”

Alcan Composites USA Expands Dibond Line With New Ultra Marine Blue Over Dark Green Color

ST. LOUIS, March 23 - Alcan Composites USA has expanded its line of Dibond® the Ultimate Substrate with
the new Ultra Marine Blue over Dark Green color in the popular 3mm thickness and 4-foot by 8-foot standard
sheet size.

Dibond is a rigid, durable aluminum composite material consisting of two pre-painted sheets of .012-inch aluminum
bonded to a solid polyethylene core a unique composition that makes it approximately one-half the weight of
aluminum. Dibond, the flattest panel on the market, offers a superior surface that protects expensive digital
and screen-printed graphics. Dibond won’t bow or oil can.

Ultra Marine Blue over Dark Green Dibond is perfect for creating signage, exhibits and displays. And, because
it is masked on both sides, this new color provides excellent durability in outdoor applications.

This product offers significant cost savings, ease of fabrication and rigidity when compared to other aluminum laminates.

"This new color has been added to the Dibond line to give graphic designers even more options to create
dramatic displays," says Mike McKitrick, product manager, Alcan Composites USA. "The Ultra Marine Blue
over Dark Green composite can be used to add a colorful finish to everything from direct printed graphics to
mounted images without the labor and material costs associated with the lamination step required with other
substrates."

In addition to Ultra Marine Blue over Dark Green, Dibond is available in the following colors: White both sides,
Black over White, Hunter Red over Caution Yellow, Dark Bronze over Fine Silver, Brushed Silver over Fine
Silver, and Brushed Gold over Fine Silver.

Ultra Marine Blue over Dark Green Dibond will be introduced at GlobalShop 2006 March 26-28 in Orlando, Fla.

New and Improved Fome-Cor(R) Heat-Activated Board

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 20 A new and improved version of Fome-Cor® Heat-Activated graphic display board has
been introduced by Alcan Composites USA to provide increased protection for artwork in a time-saving, cost-
effective, easy-to-use mounting package.

Fome-Cor Heat-Activated can be used to dry mount everything from photos to artwork, posters and
presentations and is compatible with either a vacuum press or roll laminator. The Heat-Activated package
consists of original Fome-Cor board coated on one side with a dry adhesive that activates rapidly at a low
temperature and provides a secure mounting bond. Release liners are shipped in every carton.

Through an improved proprietary production process, new Heat-Activated now provides even more protection
from heat damage for the mounted artwork and foam board because the adhesive bonds quickly at low
temperatures. With new Heat-Activated, there’s no need for operators to increase heat or process times over
recommended mounting methods. (Both procedures can boil out the adhesive.)

"We’ve tested new and improved Fome-Cor Heat-Activated board with several customers with great success,"
said Michael F. McKitrick, product manager, Alcan Composites USA. "For the vast majority of mounting jobs,
operators need only follow our manufacturer’s directions for heat settings and mounting times. For special jobs
that may involve thicker media, it’s always a good idea to trial the graphic material."

Heat-Activated offers savings in both materials’ costs and production time. Since the product is coated on
one side with adhesive, there’s no need to purchase separate adhesive sheets. It also saves time by
eliminating the need for separate adhesive applications.

Heat-Activated retains all of the qualities that framing and mounting professionals have come to expect from
original Fome-Cor board, including light weight, rigidity and cutting ease. It consists of extruded polystyrene
foam bonded between two white, clay-coated papers one of which has been treated with adhesive.

Fome-Cor Heat-Activated is available in the 3/16-inch thickness in standard 24-inch by 36-inch, 32-inch by
40-inch, 40-inch by 60-inch, and 48-inch by 60-inch sheets. It’s also available in the 1/8-inch thickness in
standard 32-inch by 40-inch sheets. Special cut sizes may be ordered in both thicknesses.
