Vidar Announces Lynx 25e Color Scanner

new Lynx 25e Color Scanner. With 48-bit CCD technology, superior scan accuracy and FireWire and USB 2.0
connectivity, this compact large-document scanner is perfect for documents up to 25". It retains the VIDAR
patented technology found in this family of scanners; Advanced 48-bit CCD Technology for 32,000 pixel image
capture, four times more pixels than most other scanners on the market today in its class. Additional features
include, Scan accuracy of 0.1%+- 1 pixel an industry benchmark, All-Wheel drive for smoothly handling of large
originals.

A very affordable solution, the Lynx 25e handles media up to 15 mm (0.6") thick. It offers batch scanning, and
supports the VidarNET architecture for network and Internet scanning. At a very fast 4ips in monochrome and
up to 1.5ips for color scans and high bit depth at 48bit color and 16bit graytone, the Lynx 25e is the scanner
most sought after for its value and features. And convenient one-touch scanning, copying and emailing via
programmable action buttons makes the Lynx 25e ideal for copy shops and other offices where the pace is fast
