Hatfield, PA (June 7, 2006) A 3 mm solid core aluminum composite sign panel that's versatile, economical,
and easy to fabricate is now available from Laminators Incorporated, Hatfield, PA. Ideal for sign builders, digital
printers, and manufacturers of exhibits, POP displays, and channel letters, Omega-Bond is extremely flat, durable,
and moisture resistant. Made of painted aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core, Omega-Bond is rigid yet
lightweight, and will not bend, warp, swell, or delaminate. The panel's factory-baked polyester paint surface is flat,
smooth, and ready for paint, screen print ink, vinyl letters, and aqueous, UV-cured, or solvent-based inks
Omega-Bond is an economical alternative to Dibond®, Polymetal, Reynobond®, and sheet aluminum. It can
be easily fabricated with standard shop tools such as circular saws, table saws, routers, or jig saws to create a
variety of shapes that do no require edge sealing.
