Kodak Receives 2006 NAPL Award for Leadership
in Graphic Communications
Leading trade association honors Kodak for innovative product development and ongoing contributions to
industry advancement
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Mar. 6 -- Eastman Kodak Company is the recipient of the 2006 Industry Award of NAPL
(www.napl.org ), the trade association for excellence in graphic communications management. Kodak’s Graphic
Communications Group (GCG) received the award on March 3 at NAPL’s Top Management Conference in
Orlando, Fla.
Chartered in 1933, the Paramus, N.J.-based not-for-profit national trade association presents the NAPL Industry
Award annually to a graphic arts manufacturer or supplier company in recognition of specific, noteworthy
contributions to the industry. Recipients must demonstrate fair and honest business practices, and have a
record of providing quality products and services.

make groundbreaking contributions as the industry changes and expands,” said Joseph P. Truncale, President
and Chief Executive Officer, NAPL. “The company’s innovative products, steadfast commitment to corporate
responsibility, and significant support of industry education uniquely qualify Kodak for this honor, and NAPL is
extremely proud to present its 2006 Industry Award to this exemplary organization.”
