Transilwrap Acquires Quest Films
Transilwrap Company Inc., has announced that it has acquired Quest Films Inc. of Woodstock, IL. This acquisition
represents Transilwrap’s long-term commitment to superior quality, customer service and product innovation
through industry consolidation and partnership.
"Quest Films has been a highly respected competitor of Transilwrap for over 10 years and has built a loyal
customer following during that time," says Mark Stevens, Transilwrap CEO. "Not only are we happy to be

The acquisition of Quest solidifies Transilwrap’s leading market position by adding Quest’s growing specialty film
business, and provides a unique opportunity to acquire experienced management talent in a highly specialized
business such as Thermal Laminating Film. Three former owners of Quest will join Transilwrap’s management
team effectively immediately. Dennis Kuta, former President will assume the position of General Manager-
Lamination Group. David Thomas, previously the Vice President of Operations at Quest, will become Transilwrap’s
Director of Global Purchasing and Jeff McIntosh, Quest’s Vice President of Manufacturing, will join the Operations
management team in Franklin Park, IL.
