Aurora Introduces Grand Format Canvas
Aurora Specialty Textiles Group Inc. announced today the addition of Malibu Canvas GF to their Northern Lights
Printable Textiles™ collection. Malibu Canvas GF is a soft, bright white canvas with an acrylic gesso coating
making it ideal for solvent inkjet and UV cure print technologies. The base fabric is made from 100% spun
polyester yarn allowing the canvas to be stretched and framed without cracking. Malibu Canvas GF has a
thickness of 18 mils and weighs 10.5 oz per square yard. The standard width is 120” but it may also be
custom slit. Sample rolls are available.
