Océ Expands Relationship with Converting Solutions Inc.
Océ, an international leader in digital document management and delivery solutions, today announced that it
has entered into an agreement with Converting Solutions Inc. (CSI) to purchase Océ Imaging Supplies’ media
converting assets and assume Océ’s wide format media distribution center activities in the U.S. This extension
of CSI’s role in supplying quality media products for Océ wide format customers will result in increased geographical
coverage and the ability to offer a wider range of custom media sizes.
“Océ has been working with CSI for some time in fulfilling our wide format customers’ media needs,” said Patrick
Chapuis, President of the Wide Format Printing Systems division of Océ North America. “This expansion of our
working relationship continues and strengthens the commitment from both companies to deliver the quality
imaging supplies products that Océ customers have come to expect.”
The combination of the Océ media converting facilities located in Guilford CT, Charleston IL and Corona CA
with those currently operated by CSI will increase total media capacity to five converting facilities. It is
anticipated that these changes will result in Océ being able to better service its wide format media customers
with an expanded made-to-order capability for custom sizes of select base media.

Océ name stands for quality in the technical document market, and we are pleased to be working with the
leading supplier to the reprographics industry.”
Océ Imaging Supplies’ Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Service functions are not impacted by this
realignment. Océ will continue to market and sell imaging supplies products in the architectural, engineering
and construction and display graphics markets.
Océ’s strict standard of quality and service continue to be the main focus of both companies. Océ Imaging
Supplies products are a critical part of the company’s total solutions offering, and Océ Imaging Supplies will
continue to look towards expanding its position within the markets that it serves.
