Sihl Introduces the Baja Line of Microporous Photopapers

imaging technologies, announces the addition of BajaTM Photopapers 3140, 3141, and 3142 to the Sihl Prestige
PhotoTM Line. These new papers are on display in the Sihl booth #2854 at the Specialty Printing and Imaging
Expo, Atlanta, October 15-18, 2008
Baja 3140 and 3141 are the newest additions to Sihl Prestige PhotoTM Line. These 8 mil photopapers offer
unparalleled ink saturation for superior shadow detail, ultra wide color gamut, accurate skin tones and brilliant
spot colors. The bright white microporous topcoat means your prints will be instantly dry and water resistant
while the 8 mil base allows you to save money and still provide premium photographic quality output. 3140
and 3141 also feature a high opacity base which minimizes show-through when mounting to colored boards or
surfaces.
Baja 3142 features a matte inkjet receiver coating on a highly engineered base paper designed to take maximum
ink loads. Unlike other matte presentation papers, Baja 3142 can handle high density imagery without paper
cockle or ink show through.
Baja Photopapers are optimized for today’s wide gamut pigment ink photo quality printers such as Canon, Epson
and HP.
