3M Digital Signage Releases Network Edition 3.7 Software
3M™ Digital Signage Network Edition software has received some significant upgrades.
Network Edition is the software from 3M that enables scheduling, management and delivery of multi-media
content to any combination of displays, in any number of locations, anywhere in the world.
Network Edition offers scalable, sophisticated content and network management capabilities for an
organization’s entire digital signage network and computing infrastructure—all from a single desktop.
The flagship Network Edition software can be combined with the power of 3M’s Network Operations
Manager to offer comprehensive monitoring, management and maintenance to maximize up-time for a
digital signage network.
Following are the enhancements newly added to create Digital Signage Network Edition 3.7:
-Drag and drop media imports.
- Configurable Ticker allows expanded graphic flexibility, creativity and more content options using RSS
data fees. Active Information Modules have been extended to the Ticker as well. (These data feeds
may require monthly or third-party fees.)
- Enhanced Reporting Services for gaining system insights to maximize audience reach.
- New bandwidth optimization options including network hours for heavy utilization and 3M Digital Signage
Edition Network Player bandwidth throttling.
