InteliCoat Technologies Adds New Polyester Fabrics to its Inkjet
Offerings
South Hadley, MA - June 24, 2008 - InteliCoat Technologies, a world leader in the manufacture of coated
paper, film, and specialty substrates for digital imaging technologies, today announced the expansion of its
Magic brand polyester fabric offerings with the introduction of three new products: Magic FAB-FR for solvent
and eco-solvent printing applications, and Magic FAB-LITE and FAB-MESH for aqueous pigment ink printing
applications. These versatile new selections, combined with the existing FAB-6 and FAB-TAC products,
successfully round out the company’s fabric offerings to meet the increasing demand for fabrics in the inkjet
imaging marketplace.

products outside of traditional printing materials."
Magic FAB-FR is a 7 mil, flame-retardant, luster, woven polyester banner fabric for solvent and eco-solvent
printing applications, which has been tested to and passed the NFPA701 standard for being flame retardant.
Featuring a quick-drying, water-resistant ink jet coating that provides excellent image quality and color resolution,
the lightweight FAB-FR is ideal for both indoor and outdoor soft signage and decorative displays.
Magic FAB-LITE is a 5 mil, semi-sheer, 100% polyester, woven matte-finish fabric. Designed for aqueous
pigment printing systems, FAB-LITE’s silk-like feel is ideal for producing lightweight flags, banners, table top
displays, trade show graphics, window decorations and window backlits. The image may be viewed from
both sides. After printing, remove the back liner.
Magic FAB-MESH is a 12 mil, polyester mesh knitted fabric. Designed for aqueous pigment printing systems,
FAB-MESH’s mesh knit texture offers a unique airy see-through appearance and is ideal for producing flags,
banners displays, window decorations, pop-up displays and window backlits. The image may be viewed from
both sides. After printing, remove the back liner.
