New PowerQuote 12.3 Adds Large Format Print Estimating
Manassas VA - New PowerQuote 12.3 printing estimating and management software offers your choice of
accounting, offset, digital, and large format print estimating modules that run on Mac OS X, Windows XP and
Vista. You can also network combinations of Macs and PCs. All modules features PowerQuote’s friendly
interface, ease of use and flexibility for quick accurate estimates. The offset module handles all sheetfed
presses and duplicators regardless of the number of colors, even perfecter presses. The digital module has
input windows and production calculations specifically for today’s high speed on-demand digital printing
equipment ncluding ink, toner and new technology based equipment. Digital estimating by price grid, cost-
per-click and budgeted hourly rate is available. The large format estimating can handle simple off the roll jobs
or complex jobs with 2 sided printing, unusual media in rolls or sheets and multiple speed/quality settings. All
associated pre-press and bindery can also be estimated.
The accounting/enhanced capability module adds scheduling, invoicing, accounts receivable and accepts job
specs over the internet using MyOrderDesk from PagePath Technologies. All systems include email quotes,
written quotes, easy tracking of file correction charges, instant recall of jobs for reorders and our unique job
SAVe job ticket. Standard rates are pre-installed and easily adjusted to match any cost based pricing system.
