Walls + Forms Introduces New Panel Products Literature
Walls + Forms Inc. just introduced new literature on its wood, PlasticWood, and polymer slatwall; plyfoam panels;
and Peg-Panel products. They are designed for applications where product merchandising and display are
essential. All designs have been made to meet the highest aesthetic and functional quality with extraordinary
durability and economy. Each component has been engineered to withstand setup and dismantling.
Standard wood slatwall from Walls + Forms is a medium density fiberboard substrate, available in horizontal and
vertical formats. Options include paint grade, single and double-sided pressure laminate, wood veneers, and
mirror. PlasticWood slatwall from Walls + Forms is made from a revolutionary ‘Poly-foam’ plastic that has the
look and feel of wood. PlasticWood slatwall was engineered for strength and durability with the aesthetics of
traditional laminated and veneered slatwall. Similar to wood, it can be machined, drilled, and sanded, but
without the negative characteristics, such as warping, cracking, splitting, or bowing. The planks are made of
100% solid color, so wear marks, blemishes, and scratches, can be easily sanded and polished away.
PlasticWood slatwall is designed to receive standard slatwall hardware. Grooves are 3" on center and are the
same as the face color. Virtually indestructible polymer slatwall from Walls + Forms is so lightweight it is UPSable.
It features high impact resistance and load carrying capacity and is easy to install; panels can be stacked to
any height. Polymer slatwall requires less cutting and permits higher yields. Each plank has an interlocking
feature, is scratch resistant, and accepts all standard slatwall hardware.
Plyfoam panels from Walls + Forms are lightweight, durable, multi purpose panels with a miranti plywood face
and expanded foam core. They are available in custom cut sized HPL laminate and Velcro receptive fabric.
SlatGrid panels from Walls + Forms are a versatile display option that accepts slatwall hardware. They are
manufactured of ¼" wire joined vertically and horizontally 3" on center. SlatGrid can be joined to create cubes,
triangles, towers, and complete merchandising systems. Peg-Panel from Walls + Forms is a new twist on a
proven merchandising system pegboard. Made of 100% commercial grade plastic, durable lightweight and
moisture resistant plastic makes Peg-Panel excellent displays to meet today’s harsh point of purchase
promotions, trade show exhibitions, retail fixtures, and food preparation applications.
