Gandinnovations Appoints New COO
James Gandy, CEO and chairman, has announced that Terry Vandewarker has been appointed to the role of
chief operating officer for Gandinnovations. He brings to Gandy more than 20 years senior operational and
financial experience. He has worked within the digital graphic and printing industry with such companies as
Encad Inc. and Eastman Kodak.
Vandewarker was president and chief executive officer of Encad from July 2000 through January 2002 and
continued as president until July 2002 after the acquisition by Eastman Kodak. Prior to that Vandewarker was
Encad's vice president of operations and director of finance.
He began his career at Price Waterhouse and held senior leadership positions with Universal Television and
several public and private companies. He is a member of the board of directors of a public company and has
held board positions on several other companies. His extensive knowledge and experience within this role will
play a key part in the continuing success of Gandinnovations within the digital print industry.
