Roland Announces AdvancedJET AJ-1000 Promotion Offering Free
Mesh Printing Unit and EcoXtreme Inks
Irvine, CA, October 15, 2007 - Now through December 31st, Roland customers throughout North America
(except Brazil) that purchase a new 104" AdvancedJET AJ-1000 industrial inkjet printer will receive a free
mesh printing unit and free set of EcoXtreme inks - a promotional offer valued at $5,095.
An option for the AdvancedJET AJ-1000, the MU-1000 mesh printing unit allows shops to print beautifully on
unlined mesh media, a cost effective alternative to lined mesh. The MU-1000 mesh printing unit is easy to
install and detach and features a built-in drainage system that captures excess ink.

The AJ-1000 features six ultra-wide piezo print heads and an advanced precision firing pattern that produce
brilliant CMYKLcLm graphics on both coated and uncoated media. Durable EcoXtreme ink offers superior
bonding, and scratch and alcohol resistance for excellent results at even the highest print speeds.
The AJ-1000 is a complete solution including powerful VersaWorks RIP software, packed with advanced
features including Variable Data Printing and spot color matching through the Roland Color System.
