Sunset Fibre Elite Brings Fibre to the Fore
August 17, 2007 - Sarasota, Fla. Following a banner year of awards and accolades for its Sunset line of fine art
and photo media, LexJet has released the latest in its fibre line of fine photo papers, Sunset Fibre Elite. Sunset
Fibre Elite was developed based on feedback from users of Sunset Fibre Gloss who were looking for a super-
smooth, bright white, glossy surface in a fibre paper.
"Though the Sunset fibre papers are faithful to the traditional fibre papers used in darkrooms years ago, a lot of
our customers like to utilize them for other high-end, production-oriented applications, such as fine-art
reproductions," says Alex Ried, LexJet's product manager. "Plus, having all of our fibre papers available in
various roll sizes has provided our customers with an amazing combination of versatility, production capability,
and quality, all in a fine photo paper."
Sunset Fibre Elite has a 285g microporous high gloss-coated surface with a special acid-inhibiting layer, and is
universally compatible with all dye and pigmented inksets. It is available in standard sheet sizes and roll widths
up to 44 in.
