NuSign Supply Distributes NU-VTec Hybrid UV Printers
City of Industry, CA - NuSign Supply recently announced that it is carrying the NU-VTec roll-to-roll and flatbed
hybrid UV curable printer. The 7-color (CMYKLcLm + white) NU-VTec features a bulk ink system and prints
edge-to-edge at resolutions up to 720 dpi. The 63-inch wide machine uses Xaar printheads to print uni- or
bi-directional and features automatic printhead height adjustment for flexible and rigid materials up to 0.59
inches (15 mm) thick. The NU-VTec converts easily from roll-fed to sheet-fed.

NuSign Supply Changing Relationship with d.gen International
NuSign Supply, Inc. of City of Industry, CA has announced a change in their relationship with d.gen International,
manufacturer of Teleios direct textile printers. For the past year, NuSign has been the sole distributor of the
Teleios in the United States and Canada. At the culmination of the contract period, d.gen has decided to begin
directly selling and servicing their printers in that market. NuSign Supply will continue to provide ink and media
supplies for established Teleios customers; however, service and support will now be handled directly by d.gen.
NuSign would like to ease this transition as much as possible, so current Teleios customers are encouraged to
contact NuSign with any questions.

Great for a number of applications including tablecloths, displays, and backdrops, the 102-inch Teleios stand
out among direct textile printers because it produces high-quality (up to 1440 dpi) graphics on fabric up to 102
inches wide. Proprietary technology ensures bright, saturated colors on both sides of the fabric.
The D-Gen Teleios saves time, labor, space, and money by allowing unattended synchronized printing and
fixation of polyester fabric. The Teleios’ patented synchronized cylinder media feeding system and built-in heat
fixation unit managed by integrated controller are unique advancements in technology. Because of the machine's
ability to print directly on fabrics and its built-in heat fixation unit, there is no need to buy transfer paper or a

NuSign Supply, City of Industry, CA, master distributor for D-Gen direct textile printers, announces the D-Gen
HC-200 Heat Cutter as part of the in-line workflow of the D-Gen Teleios direct textile printer with built-in fixation
unit. The easy-to-use D-Gen HC-200 Heat Cutter uses heat knives to cut and trim polyester fabric. A position
sensor allows precise cutting at speeds of up to 492 liner ft/hr and the user can select the optimal cutting
parameters based on the characteristics and thickness of the fabric. With 3 blades and 1 take-up unit (max.
5 blades and 2 take-up units optional), the HC-200 can automatically cut 2 or 3 individual strips out of a 74-inch
wide roll of fabric. Plus, both edges are neatly trimmed. With its compact design, the HC-200 can be installed in
a small space. The D-Gen HC-200 heat cutter can be run in-line with the Teleios printer and the D-Gen PM-180
pre-coating machine.
